What this app does
For our customers, the app is the quickest way to enjoy Royal Kebab without leaving your seat. You can browse the full menu of kebabs, HSP, chicken, chips and sides, build your order exactly how you like it, and pay securely for pickup or delivery. Every order placed through the app earns Royal Rewards points and stamps, which you can redeem for free food. Our AI concierge, Roxy, helps you choose, customise or plan a meal for a crowd, and the gallery shows photos and videos of what is coming out of our kitchen.
Behind the counter, the management side of the app tracks inventory, recipes, orders, customers and sales. When an order is completed, the ingredients it uses are deducted from stock automatically, so the food you receive is the same quality on a quiet Tuesday as it is on a busy Friday night.
